Managing your Career:

The Skills and Competencies Associated with the CLO Role.

Dr. Lyle Yorks from Columbia Teachers College will facilitate a panel discussion on the competencies of the CLO.

2-3 current CLOs or Training Leaders will join Dr.Yorks and our attendees for an informative comparison of key skills and competencies associated with the CLO Role. As you study the CLO Role, no matter what training management role you currently possess, you will learn about the requisite traits and competencies needed to grow and develop in your career as a leader in Training and Development.

Call for Presenters: If you have a CLO who you would like to recommend to participate on this panel, please forward your recommendations to the SIG Chair.
